KWANDWE

Over the past few years, Ursus has been working closely with the team at the Kwandwe Private Game Reserve.

We took our skills and experience of working up close with animals and worked with the conservation team on site at Kwandwe to create a suite of assets for the reserve for outreach and publicity purposes.

Kwandwe is a phenomenal reserve with some of the best game we have seen in the whole of Africa. They have a lot of healthy and happy animals, and an environment they are not only protecting, but looking to enrich and expand. The next few years are going to be very exciting at this incredible reserve.

Christopher ward - our story 2.0

It has been so fantastic to continue working with UK watch brand, Christopher Ward.

We have been working together now for over 5 years and being asked to update their ‘story’ film felt like a great opportunity to make something special together again.

It is so exciting to be able to finally share it, and please keep an eye on various social media platforms and, this time, your TV screens as we have just completed a TV commercial for them too.

Christopher Ward - Perpetual Lunacy

The latest film we have created working with our long time client, Christopher Ward Watches.

This watch is quite special. Not only is it truly beautiful, with one of the most incredible dials we have ever seen on a watch. But it has also done something very clever with the movement meaning it will keep accurate with the phases of the moon for 128 years….. yes 128 years!

It was awesome to work with the team at CW again on this release and finally share it with the watch world at the end of October 2023.

It was a mad few weeks, but we are super excited at how it turned out.

Engineers Making a Difference

Comfortably our largest and one of the most interesting projects of the year was creating 15 films for the release of the book Engineers Making a Difference.

We worked closely with a team at Imperial College, but also with a wide variety of institutions and businesses that have amazing engineers, from a diverse background, making genuine changes to the planets now, and also in the future.

It was an awesome project to be a part of, working with some of the planets most creative and important engineers who are out there solving some of the toughest questions.

Our New Showreel!!

Our first showreel is FINALLY. Would love to know what you thought.

We have always steered clear of showreels, they are a collection of pretty images which Ben believes ‘anyone can do’. What makes Ursus different is our ability to craft and tell a story, beautifully.

But over the last few months we have been asked repeatedly for one, so we thought it was the right time to finally venture into the world of showreels….

BRITAIN’S BEAUTIFUL RIVERS WITH RICHARD HAMMOND

This is our first TV commission, working in co-production with Pat Younge at Cardiff Productions for More4. It joins Richard Hammond (Top Gear and The Grand Tour) as he journeys down 4 of Britain’s most well known and important rivers, from source to mouth.
